Dennis Fitzgerald is a seasoned mediator, arbitrator, and investigator with decades of experience in the legal, civic, and government sectors. A U.S. Air Force veteran, Dennis has dedicated his career to upholding the principles of justice, integrity, and service. His unique background combines judicial experience as a former Associate Judge, investigative expertise as a licensed private investigator, and deep knowledge of conflict resolution as a certified mediator and arbitrator under Mediators and Arbitrators of America.  Extensive continuing education through The Texas Association of Mediators (TAM)

Dennis founded Excalibur Arbitration & Mediation to provide professional, efficient, and impartial dispute resolution services to government agencies, businesses, educational institutions, and individuals. With a pending Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certification and a lifelong commitment to public service, Dennis brings unmatched credibility and leadership to the field of alternative dispute resolution.

Throughout his career, Dennis has focused on building trust, fostering fair outcomes, and delivering structured, results-driven solutions. His expertise spans government contracting disputes, education sector conflicts, family and civil mediation, and business-to-business arbitration.
